The tool has also been linked to on both the 2011 and 2022 Lidar Project pages.

Dr. Jason Parent from the University of Rhode Island has developed an ArcGIS Pro python tool to be used to download the 2011 Lidar hosted by RIGIS or the 2022 Lidar hosted by by USGS.
The tool is available to the public here -
