Good morning,

The following data layers have been updated with data received from USDA, NRCS.

"Changes to this set includes a new map unit SxA – Swansea-Freetown frequently flooded, frequently ponded which has been added and re-mapped. Coastal soil survey for the Kickemuit and Nanaquett ponds. Minor other edits."

The following hosted view layers were created from the Soils layer:

• Prime and Important Farmland (filtered soils: FARM_CLS = Statewide Important or Prime farmland)
• Hydric Soils (filtered soils: Hydric = Y)

NOTE: 1-ft Contours feature service.  

The 1-ft contour hosted feature service has been unreliable.  As a temporary solution we have provided a download link to the full 1-ft contour file geodatabase.  This is a 2GB .zip file.

If you only need to use the 1-ft contours as a background layer, the vector tile service is a good alternative.
