This release will be deployed to the network as an over-the-air (OTA) upgrade

This is a teaser OTA for the deployment of Groups 2

Release Notes:

- Drops signatures to reduce memory pressure

- Drops all archived graphs, writing them to a backup

- Drops old-style "hosted DMs" from the pre-dm-hook era, writing them to a backup

- Disables nacking behaviour for groups, graphs and metadata to relieve ordering

considerations in the Groups 2 OTA

- Uninstall the public alpha, nuking all their state
