Description

This release was pushed to the network as an over-the-air update today ~2023.5.23. It does not involve a Kelvin update or breaking changes, and as such no action is required.

This release includes a fix to a ping-handling performance regression for galaxies, more robust HTTP request error handling in Eyre and fixing the +story generators to use the new dill API.
