Release Notes:

- Reworks hark to handle unread counts better, as to address several
outstanding bugs
- hark now cleans up unread counts on unsubscribing from a graph
- Adds a %bye effect to sole to indicate they should gracefully
unsubscribe from the session
- Fixes an issue where unlink a CLI app would cause a crash

Breaking changes:

- The action and update types for hark have changed
