Description

This release contains multiple Ames bugfixes. The most significant is fixing an issue with remote scry which would cause a crash if the UDP packets were delivered out-of-order.

NOTE: If you intend to use remote scry in your application it may make sense to wait for the upcoming kelvin 412 release later this month. Ships running versions older than urbit-os-v2.140 will be unable to use remote scry reliably. Waiting for kelvin 412 allows your application to be certain that your remote scry clients will have received this fix.

This release is propagating across the network now.
