[ANNOUNCE] %groups and %talk v2.11.0

Tomorrow, ~2023.4.12, Tlon will release over-the-air (OTA) updates for Groups and Talk. 

This release refactors group and DM metadata storage in both apps, adds local caching through a service worker and IndexDB, and improves the loading of notifications from %hark, all in the name of performance. (We regularly see refresh load times of ~100ms for both apps.)

You may now also "install" Groups and Talk as Progressive Web Apps on your desktop (using Chrome or Brave) or mobile device (using the "Add Shortcut to Home Screen" function of your OS).

- Adds local caching for group data by way of IndexDB
- Adds a service worker for caching JavaScript and static assets
- Adds JavaScript splitting and bundle loading
- Improves loading of notifications through a single scry
- Fixes an issue where the buttons in the image lightbox would overlap
- Fixes an issue where messages would appear twice in chat on reconnect
- Fixes an issue where editing a note would fail to load the note data
- Fixes an issue where Spotify playlists and albums would fail to embed in Chat
- Fixes an issue where non-admins of Private and Secret groups could invite people on-network
- Fixes an issue where threaded ~mention notifications would deep-link to the wrong Chat context
