[ANNOUNCE] %groups and %talk v5.3.0

Tlon is releasing an Over-the-air (OTA) update to %groups and %talk
today ~2023.12.22. This release mainly fixes issues around unread
markers being unreliable and inconsistent.

- Fixed unread counts and behavior across app and between clients
- Added fallback rendering of tweet content
- Fixed rendering of favicons in dark mode
- Updated welcome card to be more friendly
- Fixed crash when navigating to deleted reply from activity
- Fixed issue with deleting gallery item from details page
- Fixed issue where action menu was covering image dialog
- Fixed issue with Safari preventing uploads in galleries
- Added a little easter egg 🎄
