[ANNOUNCE] %groups and %talk v2.8.1

Tlon is releasing an over-the-air (OTA) update for %groups and %talk immediately. This release fixes an issue where overlay elements (popups, menus, modals, etc.) would spontaneously close if another event occurred (channel message, group metadata change, etc.). This also improves the fetching of referenced content.
