Release notes:

- Allows for inviting ships to group DMs.

- Adds the ability to delete messages, notes and links for channel
owners and original authors, surfacing when content has been deleted
without losing threads or comments.

- Enables content types in Publish, including references to other
content, group links, mentions, and more. Unifies the renderer with
Chat, so that pasting an image link by itself still renders as an image.

- Fixes some issues with Publish rendering post-2.67, where links
weren't operating properly, and content was merged inline without any
line breaks.
