Vere 1.5

This release fixes a crash in vere's http-client driver, introduced
by a bad bug fix in the previous release. It also correctly links the
urbit-king MacOS binary, which has been broken for the last two releases.
We regret the errors.

Additionally, it includes improvements to the docker image regarding
authentication, %ames port management, and documentation.
