We intend to release this around 9 am (PT) January 27th.
This release will be pushed to the network as an over-the-air update.

  - updated Landscape to use the latest @urbit/api and @urbit/http-api

  - changed meta theme color to work better with dark and light modes
and match Groups
  - restored who.json endpoint for scrying ship name
