[ANNOUNCE] %garden v1.10.0

Tlon will release an over-the-air update for %garden tomorrow, ~2023.5.24. This release sets the stage for the imminent renaming of this desk and the moving of select Groups 1-era agents. It also adds support in the glob step for file names with spaces, surfaces the Lure service connection status in Groups, and improves the load time of notifications.
 
- Adds support for a post-Groups 1 world where `%garden` is rightfully named `%landscape`
- Adds a spinner to the "Mark All Read" button in Notifications
- Adds support for `%contacts` in the sigil/avatar representation in the header
- Enhances Notifications by using lighter-weight scries for notification and group data
- Enhances the Lure service by providing connection status to Groups
- Enhances `%docket` by allowing filenames with spaces in the glob step of app distribution
- Fixes an issue where settings would fail to save
- Fixes an issue where native OS autocorrect would interfere with Remote Storage settings
