Tlon will immediately release a hotfix to %groups and %talk. This release re-enables Lure capabilities for all groups. Apologies for the OTA thrashing.
## What's new
- Fixes an issue where clearweb invite recipients to Private or Secret groups would fail to join the group
- Fixes an issue where Landscape settings were not respected by Groups or Talk (which now have their own local settings).
- Fixes an issue where the `json` mark would be deleted on deploy (addressed in the Zuse 413k upgrade instructions)
