This email contains an important update regarding the submission process for the Google Colab portion of your group projects. Please read these instructions carefully, as they are required to ensure proper access and evaluation of your work.

You are REQUIRED to do the following for your Google Colab notebooks and any associated datasets:
1. Grant Edit Access
* You must share your notebook and datasets with edit access for the following two accounts: lighto...@unza.zm, hudson....@cs.unza.zm
2. Move Notebook to Group Folder
* You must request edit access to the shared Google Drive folder corresponding to your project group, as outlined below.
* Once you have access, you need to move your completed Google Colab notebook into that specific folder.
Let us know if you have any questions.

Please find time to thoroughly go through the assessment instructions. You are required to do the following:
* Create a Github repository and commit ALL checkpoint changes
* Create a Google Colab Notebook that will keep track of all changes

Input data can be processed in various ways: it really does not matter, for us, if you work with JSON or PDF input data.
Figuring out what to do is part of the assessment: in fact, this would be part of the CRISP-DM Data Understanding phase.

We need to grade whatever you are working on and so we need you to either:
* MOVE the notebook to the shared folders when it's time for grading (you want to ensure you preserve the version history of the notebooks
* Work from within the folder
Either way, when it is time for grading, we shall be grading items in the folders

This is an urgent follow-up to the previous email regarding your group project submissions, specifically concerning your GitHub repositories and the Google Colab notebooks/datasets. Your immediate action is required for proper project tracking and grading.
Please ensure that you have correctly followed the instructions from the previous email regarding your Google Colab submission.
In addition to your notebook and code, all groups are REQUIRED to submit a README file (which can be a Google Docs file) within your group's shared project folder (see previous email for folder details).
This is an urgent follow-up to the previous email regarding your group project submissions, specifically concerning your GitHub repositories and the Google Colab notebooks/datasets. Your immediate action is required for proper project tracking and grading.
## 1. Specify Your GitHub Repository URL (Mandatory)
All project teams must immediately provide the GitHub repository URL associated with their group.- Action: Go to the Project Team and Topic Selection Google Sheet (the same one used to select your topic)

- Requirement: Paste your group's GitHub URL into the designated "Github URL" column.

- Requirement: Your Google Colab notebook and all datasets used in the project must be present in the specific Google Drive folder shared with your group (see previous email for folder details)
- Confirmation: If you followed the previous instructions, your materials should already be in the correct location and shared with the required accounts (lighto...@unza.zm and hudson....@cs.unza.zm).

One additional piece of information: the "No. Presenters [Collaboration]" column assigns marks based on collaboration. For instance, a score of 5 means ALL five members showed up during the presentation and a score of 3 means ONLY three showed up.
