Jira - unable to raise issue

Hi, I am definitely logged into the ICU Jira but when I create a ticket it says I'm not logged in. Can someone fix, or reply to me personally. I have found 2 security-relevant bugs in icu4c I'd like to report.

This is probably due to an Atlassian Jira bug.

Says the link has expired if you wouldn't mind emailing personally I'll signup and raise the issues.

I've raised the jiras now as sensitive. FYI someone needs to join the unicode org on Jira before they can create tickets with the link, currently with an invite link.

Atlassian Jira’s bug affects people who already have other permissions somewhere else (such as, another Jira instance).  

In the “normal” case, simply going to unicode-org.atlassian.net and logging in with credentials is enough to grant permissions to open a ticket.
