In the section entitled “Regular Expression Operators” the operator for negative look-behind should be “(?<!…)”

Right you are; I'll fix the docs. Thanks for pointing this out.

The look-around regexp operators didn't make it into ICU 2.4 - attempting to
use them will cause a not-implemented error when compiling the regexp
pattern.

The latest ICU from CVS does support look-ahead, as well as most of the
other regexp features that didn't make 2.4. Look-behind should be in within
the next couple of weeks.

If you're using ICU regexps, I'd be interested to hearing how they're
working for you, and any suggestions you may have for improvements.
