ICU Services web page

It is nice that we have all this documentation on the web about what all
these classes like MessageFormat do. However, where is the API documentation
on how to actually code up a call to this class if you wanted to use it?

Well, there is some sample code right in the API reference

There is an explanation with a piece of code in the User Guide
http://oss.software.ibm.com/icu/userguide/formatMessages.html
and the chapter also points to full sample code programs.
There are samples in the ICU source package at source/samples/ for example
source/samples/msgfmt/

It is always a good idea to check the homepage with its links in the
