Faroese date issues

Date & Time patterns (0-8) should have the same format as Danish. (only
that time is GMT)

Can you please correct this, aa Apple uses the wrong time values this
in their OS X 10.3.

Dear Hjalti, please submit a bug report on the Common Locale Data
Repository. ICU 2.8 will be sync'ed with CLDR 1.0.
