Proposal Discussion on Unit Constants in ICU

Hi Everyone,

Following up on our discussion last week regarding Unit Constants, I wanted to share that a new CLDR proposal was accepted last Monday. You can find the details at the following link: Unit Constants Specifications

In light of this, I am proposing a new API to address unit constants. I would like to present and discuss the Proposed APIs in the next ICU meeting.
