Discussion: Implementing UnitConstant in MeasureUnit

Hi everyone,

This email aims to initiate a discussion on choosing an option for implementing UnitConstant in MeasureUnit.

As you know, we've already agreed on the design of UnitValue. Now, we need to determine the best way to implement UnitConstant.

You can access the design document which outlines four potential options, each with its own pros and cons. Please take some time to review the document and feel free to add to or debate the points listed for each option.

We can also use tomorrow's ICU meeting to discuss this further.
