I cannot see Collation Charts. Could you help?

I cannot see Collation Charts from
http://oss.software.ibm.com/icu/charts/collation/index.html
I see empty page if I try e.g.
http://www-124.ibm.com/icu/charts/collation/de.html
with my browser. (I can see the source for the page).
Could you help? I really need the info .
