CCSID Conversion in AS/400-Urgent Help!

Hi All,

Iam trying to convert from EBCDIC (Arabic data,from
AS/400) to ASCII Unicode.

CCSID Details are as follows:

CCSID Details:
-----------------------
Source :CCSID-420 (Arabic)

Destination :CCSID-13488

OS/400 Version : V5R1

Iam working on this using API QDCXLATE.
To this API call, table name needs to be mentioned for
conversion.

For example:
U037TO0420
U037TO1256
U1256TO420
U420TO1256
U420TO708
U420TO864
U708TO420

But for converting CCSID 420 to 13488 table is not
available.

Iam searching for table like U420TO13488.
Please let me know from where do I get such table.

Please suggest.
