Hi All,

This Sunday Nov 4th, 2012, the UNIX web server and related systems will be down for patching between the hours of 4:30am to 7:30am. The patching will likely be done before 6am. Three hours have been allotted in case any problems arise. Below is the news release concerning this at http://itsnews.uncg.edu/.

Who:  Clients who use the UNIX web server and Andrew File System (AFS) -

• www.uncg.edu
• other departmental websites that are hosted in UNCG’s AFS
• linux.uncg.edu
• prdile.uncg.edu
  
  

  Version.uncg.edu will also be updated.

What:  Scheduled maintenance for quarterly server patching

When:  Sunday, 11/4, 4:30 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.

Client Action:  None

Please note:  Daylight Savings Time begins on Sunday, 11/4.
