I've had a few people reach out to me directly and wanted to send something to the list so you were all aware that there's an ongoing network issue we are troubleshooting.
If you have sites hosted on campus (in cPanel or anywhere else) they may be unreachable or slow to load until we find the root cause and resolve the issue. The problem is not limited to websites so you may notice other problems until we have things fixed.
You can keep up with progress on this issue by checking the
system status page (this is hosted off campus in ServiceNow and is not affected), or by following updates at
itsnews.uncg.edu (this is hosted in Flywheel - sites there have continued to operate normally).
