Hi all,
I just wanted to send a giant thank you to everyone for helping us with our Spring 2026 Ivy Pull last week. We tackled two large areas, where we removed a lot ivy and honeysuckle (see pile in the picture below), opening up space for native species. We also
planted some native species and cleaned up a tributary of North Buffalo Creek.
While we were out there, we saw some very nice patches of Trillium, woodland phlox, wood aster, and mayapple.
Again, thanks everyone for helping us maintain our natural areas at UNCG — we couldn't do this without you.
Take Care!
Kevin
