Hi Sangha friends,
Some of us might feel bogged down by so many disruptions happening. Yet, we can be part of something positive that is much bigger than our individual selves. I hope you will consider joining me in taking the online courses through Plum Village -- Zen and the Art of Saving the Planet. Plum Village gave us some scholarships so that cost will not be an obstacle.

This is an online retreat with several live sessions and also live Dharma Sharing families. I've met new friends from Kenya, Columbia, Canada, Amsterdam, Spain, Mexico, the USA and France in the Dharma sharing families, and we hold one another in lovingkindness as we share about our experiences navigating so much uncertainty -- and also support one another in finding ways to take positive action.

The course starts on March 1 (Sunday) at 1:30 pm Eastern time, 19:30 CET, and there is a little wiggle room for late registration. Please contact susane...@gmail.com for information about scholarships and about the course. Julie, a new friend I made through ZASP is from Kenya and she created this beautiful poster. Please join the Plum Village monastics, lay friends making positive differences, and more than 500 people from around the world on this spring cohort.

  • To take this course, we recommend you take a minimum of 3 hours per week (including live events), and ideally allow 5-7 hours a week to complete all elements of the course.
  • There are 4 live events (plus one optional live relaxation), which you can access via Zoom.
    • Opening Event – 1st March, 19:30-20:30 CET 1:30 Eastern
    • Q&A Event – 15th March, 19:30-2030 CET
    • Deep Relaxation (optional) – 29th March, 19:30-20:30 CEST
    • Workshop – 5th April, 19:30-21:00 CEST
    • Closing Event – 19th April, 19:30-20:30 CEST
  • We also encourage you to join a small sharing group to follow the course with and exchange insights. These groups will meet 4 times, and you will likely be invited to choose either Fridays or Saturdays, with meeting times adapted to different time zones.
    • 6th/7th March
    • 20th/21st March
    • 10th/11th April
    • 24th/25th April
