Join prize-winning Brazilianist historian (and UNCG Grad student) Travis Knoll as he connects his experience at the United Nations' Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP30) in Brazil to environmental justice organizing since the 1980s. Join the conversation with UNCG and international collaborators over sustainably-sourced vegetables and pão-de-queixo, a Brazilian delicacy.
