Hi Everyone,
The June meeting of the Piedmont Plateau Group of Sierra Club will be substituted with two very important public presentations taking place on Tuesday, June 2 and Tuesday, June 9.  These events should bring you up to date on some critical issues. 
Hope to see some of you there!

1. June 2 - The presentation is a screening and discussion of "The True Cost of Power"s that deals with Duke Energy's climate deception.

Place: College Park Baptist Church Greensboro, 1601 Walker Ave. Greensboro
Time: 7:00 to 9:00 PM

2. June 9 - The presentation will focus on AI Centers and their effects on air, water, and noise pollution, water use, heat generation and overall consequences to the environment and communities.The speaker is Dr. Rania Masri, Director of Organizing and Policy, NC Environmental Justice Network.
