I am a Philadelphia-based author and climate activist who, as part of a national book tour, will be speaking at Scuppernong Bookstore about my latest book, Common Ground: How the Crisis of the Earth is Saving Us from Our Illusion of Separation.  The book dives deep into the ways people of all ages, races, and political stripes can come together in the face of a government hijacked by special interests, who try to divide us. I argue that more than technology or even elections, it is acting in solidarity with all life that is humanity’s best hope for survival.
