Next Greensboro CSC *In-Person/Hybrid* Informal Work Session - Mon, Sept 11

Dear CSC Members and Interested Parties,
This is to let know that the next Informal Work Session of the Greensboro Community Sustainability Council will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 pm on Monday, September 11, 2023. This meeting will be held in in-person/hybrid format, in the Plaza Level Conference Room of the Melvin Municipal Office Building (City Hall), 300 West Washington Street. The CSC will discuss various sustainability issues during this meeting. All are welcome to attend.
This informal work session will include discussion of the following items:
· Discuss Upcoming Changes to City Yard Waste Collection Service
· Review GSO2040 Implementation Update, 3rd Quarter 2023
· Discuss CSC Feedback on 2023 #LiveGreen Awards Program – Michelle Gill-Moffatt (OSR Staff)
· Tree Canopy Task Force Update, Current Direction, & Upcoming Learning Opportunities – Jerry Leimenstoll
· Other Items from the Vice Chair and CSC Members
Parking: The most convenient parking can be found in the Greene Street Parking Deck, located on the northeast corner of South Greene Street and West Washington Street.
Directions to the Plaza Level Conference Room: All attendees should enter the building via the Washington Street entrance (south side of building) and check in at the security desk to receive a temporary visitor pass. Security personnel can then direct you to the Plaza Level Conference Room.
This meeting will also include the option to attend remotely via Zoom. All individuals who wish to attend via Zoom must register in advance at:
