May 12 1,4 dioxane Public Hearing

Hi All,

The PPG Sierra Club May 12 meeting with be held at the public hearing regarding the new rugulations for 1,4 dioxane, organized by the The North Carolina Environmental Management Commission. At this hearing citizens will have an opportunity to express their opinions about the new regulations.

The hearing starts at 6 PM but if you wish to speak, sign up begins at 5 PM. The length of the hearing depends on the numbers of speakers. You are welcome to attend as much of the hearing that you wish.

When:  Tuesday May 12, 2026

Time:  *****6 PM - 

Where: Percy H. Sears Applied Technologies Building Auditorium, Guilford Technical Community College.
1201 Bonner Dr., Jamestown, NC 27282

*****Prior to the meeting we will meet at 4:30 PM for some social time at the Kindred Coffee and Kitchen at 116 E. Main Street, Unit A. From there we will head over to the hearing.
