Hello everyone!

Student Action with Farmworkers’ application for our summer internship, Into the Fields [saf-unite.org], is now open, with applications due on February 6. This 10-week paid summer internship is an opportunity for current or recently graduated students to work with organizations aligned with their career interests and that provide direct services for farmworkers across North and South Carolina. Partners for 2023 include health clinics, legal aid offices, migrant education and worker organizing groups across North and South Carolina. We preference students from farmworker families and from the Southeast. Most placements, but not all, require a high-intermediate to advanced level of Spanish.

We hope that you can share our flyer with any college students you know and include in any email list or bulletin board for opportunities. Students don't need to be attending a four-year college; community college students are encouraged to apply!

Our deadline to apply [tinyurl.com] is February 6th. Please reach out to Anna Jensen (an...@saf-unite.org) with any questions.

In solidarity,

Victoria
