An update on P-EBT (Pandemic EBT) From our MN Dept of Human Services. Please share widely.

Hello,

Just wanted to give a reminder that the P-EBT (Pandemic EBT) application went live yesterday!

·       The online application is available through June 30, 2020. Families who participated in free and reduced price meals during the 2019/2020 school year (or were enrolled in a Community Eligibility Provision School – CEP) and who were not on SNAP and MFIP on March 18th will need to provide information through the online application to determine eligibility for the food benefit through a P-EBT card.

·       Families who were receiving SNAP and/or MFIP on March 18th, received a $325 benefit loaded directly onto their EBT card for P-EBT on May 30th.

Please spread the word to families who may be eligible for P-EBT and encourage them to apply online at:  https://mn.p-ebt.org/There are two websites listed below which have additional information and useful FAQ’s.    I’ve also attached the flyer for reference.  The P-EBT hotline is available Monday through Friday 8am – 4pm, families can call 651-431-4050 or 800-657-3698.    Let me know if you have questions.
