Hi everyone,
Could you please share this information about P-EBT with your partners and networks? There are still many eligible children and their families who have not signed up (see spreadsheets attached).

P-EBT, is for students who are normally able to get free or reduced price school meals. Families can apply and get up to $325 per child to spend on groceries.

Thank you for spreading the word.

Stephanie

To: FD Health and Nutrition - EFNEP Program <fd-hn...@umn.edu>, FD Health and Nutrition - SNAP-Ed Program <fd-hn-...@umn.edu>

Tina England with Second Harvest asked me to share the following updated maps...

Attached are maps and county/school lists that have newly updated information which might be easier to read compared to what was shared previously.

The attachments include:

  1. PDF Map of Percent children estimated still eligible for P-EBT (large map)

Description:  A map of Minnesota with all of the counties names on the map.  There is a table which highlights the counties with the highest estimated percentage of children still eligible for P-EBT.

  1. PDF Map of Percent of children still eligible for P-EBT (full table version)

Description:  A listing of all of the counties in Minnesota.  The county list is ranked by the counties with the highest estimated percentage to the lowest estimated percentage of children still eligible for P-EBT.

  1. Excel Spreadsheet – County and School District P-EBT counts

Description: A spreadsheet that can be sorted to assist with identifying county and school districts.  There are 4 tabs within the spreadsheet which includes:

  1. County List by alphabetical order and estimated amounts of students still eligible
  2. County list by percentage estimate of children still eligible
  3. School District List by estimated number of students still eligible
  4. School district list by estimated percentage of students still eligible

Please note, this data provides estimates and will be changing over time, but this will be able to provide a snapshot.
