Emerging Farmers Conference - Help Spread the Word!

Dear Food Systems Folks,
I want to make sure you know about the upcoming 16th Annual Emerging Farmers Conference (EFC), taking place January 29 and 30, 2021. While the 2021 conference will be held virtually, the EFC will remain free for farmers and interpretation will be available in multiple languages. In recognition of the challenges faced by farmers of color and the disparities heightened by the pandemic, this year’s theme is: “Reclaiming Our Voices: For Farmers, by Farmers, with Farmers.” EFC attendees will learn and hear from fellow farmers on the following topics:
- Profitable Farming
- Pest and disease management,
- Scaling to wholesale
- Value added production
- Land access panel
- Producer panel
- Keynote speaker
Early bird registrations by December 1st, 2020 will receive a complementary conference in a bag with goodies!! Don’t miss out! Please go register for a ticket HERE. If you are mailing in registrations, it must be postmarked by December 1st to qualify for early bird.
Finally, I am asking your help in sharing this information with your communities. I have attached the following to help you do so: Printable copy of the EFC registration; Save the Date card; EFC flyer. I am also happy to provide paper copies of the same.
