
Dear Community,
Qualtrics, which became unavailable and/or degraded yesterday morning, has been restored system-wide. This issue was caused by a widespread Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage.
Once (AWS) resolved their system issues, Qualtrics engineers were then able to fix related issues and bring the system back.
A post-mortem analysis will be forthcoming in an effort to prevent a future service disruption of this kind and minimize impact to Qualtrics users.
