Dear Community,
The Qualtrics email sending capability, which stopped working as of 1:30pm yesterday 1/10 has been fixed system-wide as of 11:20am this morning.
The UMN team worked with the vendor to re-establish the ability to send emails.
A full post-mortem analysis will be conducted in an effort to prevent a future service disruption of this kind.
