Student Rating of Teaching, which became unavailable at approximately 8:15 on 11/23, has been restored system-wide after an extended outage. Major incident 1018317 is considered closed.
A full post-mortem analysis will be forthcoming. In an effort to prevent a future service disruption of this kind, we will meet with the vendor to stress the importance of the system availability and document the steps they are taking to improve their set up.
