Qualtrics, which became unavailable at approximately 9:20 pm on Monday 2/3/20, has been restored system-wide.
The vendor resolved the issue early this morning. A root cause has not yet been determined.
A full post-mortem analysis will be forthcoming, to prevent future outages like this.
