Kaltura in Canvas and Kaltura MediaSpace down

Community, At approximately 9:45 a.m. Kaltura in Canvas and Kaltura Media Space became unavailable today August 26th.  The vendor is aware of the issue and service engineers are working on a solution.  Major incident 113620 has been created and the latest information can be found on the IT system status page.   Thank you for your patience while the issue is resolved and I apologise for the inconvenience caused by the outage.
