Dear Community,

Canvas, which became degraded/unavailable at approximately 3:30pm , has been restored system-wide. 

The vendor has implemented a fix to correct the problem.

A post-mortem analysis will be forthcoming. In an effort to avoid issues like this in the future we will work with the vendor to understand the root cause.
