Dear Community, The Canvas, Drupal, Slack, Pearson, Respondus and WileyPlus applications, which became degraded or unavailable at various times yesterday December 7th, have been restored system-wide. Major Incident 634138 is now resolved. These application Issues we experienced are directly related to the widespread Amazon Web Services incident that occurred during the same timeframe.A post-mortem analysis will be forthcoming to better understand what happened and any possible action steps take to minimize the possibility of recurrence Again, thank you for your patience.
