Dear colleagues -

During the 12-hour upgrade window, the PeopleSoft and MyU applications will be unavailable and the associated database will be offline. (Note: this activity is limited to a database version upgrade, there is no change in the application versions nor is there a change to the structure of the application data tables.)

Impacts/Schedule:

  • Saturday, Sept. 22, 12 pm: MyU and all PeopleSoft environments, including Financial UM Reports, will become unavailable.

  • Sunday, Sept. 23, 12 am: MyU and all PeopleSoft environments, including Financial UM Reports be back online and available.

  • Sunday, Sept. 23, 6 am: PeopleSoft core applications (CS, HR, FS) will be unavailable according to the normal maintenance schedule.

  • Sunday, Sept. 23, 12 pm: PeopleSoft core applications will be back online according to the normal maintenance schedule. PeopleSoft Financials and Financial UM Reports will come back online at 2 pm according to the normal maintenance schedule.

For any systems you support which integrate with PeopleSoft and/or MyU, please plan accordingly and notify your user communities as appropriate.

Please monitor the System Status page for updates on the progress of the upgrade. An all clear message will be sent out when the work is complete.

Thank you,
