Currently the following Academic Tools are degraded or unavailable: Canvas, Respondus, Pearson and WileyPlus. Also affected are Slack and Drupal applications. Note: Drupal code deployments are impacted but all websites are currently functional.
Affected Canvas users are experiencing 504 errors. These issues are linked to the widespread AWS issue that is occurring at the same time. Technicians are investigating the cause and vendors are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
