Dear Community,
Between 7:45 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. today, Monday, August 24, Zoom’s website was unavailable. People who tried to log in to Zoom at umn.zoom.us and zoom.us received an error message and were not able to join meetings or webinars. Zoom engineers resolved the issue and are investigating the root cause.
While the Zoom website was unavailable, people were able to access Zoom meetings and webinars through their desktop clients and through Google calendar links.
I will continue to work with the vendor to avoid this kind of disruption in the future.
