systematic and regular workflow testing

Hi GalaxyP,

usegalaxy.eu has started to enable regular workflow testing and I was
able to get the first to proteomics related workflows (from the
training-material) under testing. See here:

It would be good to get more complicated workflows in as well so we make
sure they do not break with updates.
