I received a HRSA continuation NOGA for the next budget year and it is under the UG. It was given a new CON and project numbers. I can't find what the procedures will be for the old CON balance. For example what happens to the balance of the old CON? Is there a closeout procedure? I thought it would have been moved to the new CON. Does anyone know if there are instructions? If so, where?

Hi Joann!
SFR and SPA are currently working out the details of how the transition for these awards will work and how that plan will be communicated to the broader community. In the meantime, since you actually have an affected award and want to know what will happen to your unspent balance in the original award, you should check in with your SFR accountant. If you don't know who this is, then you can contact Jane Pribyl. She is the interim director of SFR and can point you in the right direction.
