Is effort certification impacted at all by the new Uniform Guidance?

An OMB FAQ states, " Non-Federal entities can develop solutions that meet the requirements in paragraph (i) of 200.430 and reduce the burden related to their current process whether they be incremental or more significant, including complete elimination of current systems."
However, the University is NOT considering an alternative to our current effort certification process at this time.
