Hi Hlitawci,
This highlighted text indicates that if a publication charge comes in after the award end date, it can still be charged to the award as long as the SFR accountant hasn't already submitted the final invoice/financial report to the sponsor. This final invoice/report is typically submitted within 90 days after the award end date. If you have a charge like this come up for any of the awards you handle, it's a good rule of thumb to check in with your SFR accountant about the status of the final invoice/report before charging it to the award.
